Accessible Vehicle Options
We do our best to meet the needs of travelers with disabilities or special requirements. Whether you use mobility aids, travel with a service animal, or need extra help from your driver, we�re here to provide support and make your journey comfortable.
costagamingworld offers several ADA-compliant vehicles, including a Dodge Chrysler Van and two Motorcoaches with ADA lifts, ideal for passengers with limited mobility.
Booking with Special Requests
When placing a reservation, you can specify any accessibility needs in the �Special Requests� section of the Livery Coach booking tool, or in the �Your Message� area of our contact form. You�re also welcome to call 866.323.2378 (BEST) to share your requests directly.
If you're bringing an assistive device�especially large items like a foldable wheelchair�please include its dimensions. This helps us confirm if it can be accommodated, particularly in vehicle trunks. Note: rigid-frame wheelchairs typically cannot be transported in our Luxury Sedans.
For a smooth experience, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
